Electrical Cabinet
Fittings / Features
The electrical cabinet has DIN rail in
the rear wall for component mounting.
The mounting plate for the low
voltage area has holes for 4.2mm
screws and 8.0mm holes for cable ties.
Internal cabling
Cable types for internal cabling are selected according to Table 5
of NEK EN60439-1.
Grounding and sealing
Grounding bar inside the cabinet used for the system ground
and circuit grounding. A pre-installed ground connection from
the earthing bar to the water supply is included.
An equalization connection must always be located between
ground rails depending on the solution employed. Cover plates
and internal parts must be fitted with the installed mounting
hardware. The lower protective cover can be sealed with "finger"
that protrudes through the cover plate.
Tightening torque screws, and weight loads
The following is according to the standard to which the cabinet is
made: Grounding rail: M5 screws ( 4 points): 2.5Nm, M4
screws (20 points): 2.0Nm.
All screws for cover plates and modules ø4,2mm = 1,2Nm.
Max weight per DIN rail: 5kg, Max weight on door: 1.5kg.
