Floor Drain Installation
1. Remove the access panel at the base of the Kardia unit.
2. Connect the floor drain to the rough-in pipe. Check that the
drainage is waterproof before reinstalling the access panel.
Manifold
The manifold is equipped with screw connection for PEX pipes.
There is a manifold for hot water at the bottom and cold water
on top.
The manifolds included can be replaced with manifolds from
other manufacturers. The included manifolds have ¾” female
thread. For connection to manifolds with 1” female thread (e.g.
Sanipex), use 1” male to ¾” female reduction.
