Replace the dust filter
Danger!
!
Empty the debris container prior
to start of dust filter replacement
!
Wear a dust protection mask
when working on the filter system
!
Observe the safety precautions
for handling fine dust
!
Open dust filter cover with unit
key
!
Start engine
!
Raise the swept material
container to the end position
!
Shut-off the engine
!
Lock the hand brake
!
Pull out pin of locking rod
!
Remove locking rod
!
Insert locking rod
!
Unscrew screws at bracket to
required extent so that the
bracket can be turned and pulled
out
!
Pull out bracket as far as
possible
!
Take out finned filter
!
Insert the new filter
!
Engage it on the drive end
!
Engage carriers in the holes
!
Slide in bracket and fasten it with
screws
!
Remove locking rod
!
Insert locking rod
!
Insert pin of locking rod
!
Start engine
!
Run-in the swept material
container to the end position
!
Shut-off the engine
!
Lock the dust filter cover with the
unit key
