Pull the rubber cover out of the fuel
tank.
Unscrew the retaining plate.
Remove the fuel tank.
Rinse out the fuel tank.
Refit and assemble the fuel tank.
If deposits accumulate in the pipelines, this
increases the flow resistance and the motor
load of the cold water high-pressure clean-
er becomes too great.
DANGER
Risk of explosion due to combustible gas-
es! Smoking strictly prohibited during de-
calcification. Ensure proper ventilation.
DANGER
Risk of burns injury on account of acid!
Wear protective glasses and protective
gloves.
Procedure:
According to statutory requirements, only
tested and approved boiler decrusting
agents may be used.
– RM 100 (Order No. 6.287-008) dis-
solves chalk and simple compounds of
chalk and detergents residues.
– RM 101 (Order No. 6.287-013) dis-
solves the deposits that cannot be dis-
solved using RM 100.
Fill a 20 litre container with 15 l water.
Add one litre of boiler decrusting agent.
Connect the water hose directly to the
pump head of the cold water high-pres-
sure cleaner and hang the free end into
the container.
Place the spray lance connected to the
hot water generator in the container
without the nozzle.
Switch on the cold water high-pressure
cleaner as described in the manufactur-
er's operating instructions.
Open the hand-spray gun and do not
close it during the decalcification pro-
cess.
Switch the cold water high-pressure
cleaner off and allow it to stand for at
least 2 hours. The trigger gun must re-
main open.
Once this time has elapsed, pump out
the decrusting agent of the cold water
high-pressure cleaner and hot water
generator without spray lance and hand
spray gun.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage! Freezing water in the ap-
pliance can destroy parts of the appliance.
– Store the appliance in a heated room
during winter or empty it. During longer
breaks in operation, it is advisable to
pump in anti-frost agents into the appli-
ance.
– If it is not possible to store frost free,
shut down device.
Drain water:
Unscrew the high-pressure hoses from
the high-pressure input and high-pres-
sure outlet.
Flush appliance with anti-freeze agent:
Note:
Observe handling instructions of the
anti-freeze agent manufacturer.
Rinse the cold water high-pressure
cleaner and hot water generator (burner
off) thoroughly with a commercially
available anti-frost agent.
A certain corrosion protection is achieved
with this as well.
DANGER
Risk of injury by inadvertent start-up of ap-
pliance and electric shock. Prior to all work
on the appliance, switch off the appliance
and pull the power plug.
– No power
Check the power fuse/power supply/
supply line.
Inform Customer Service.
– Level switch in the fuel tank switched off
