In response to your mail you will receive an RMA number (Returned Material Authorization) which authorizes the material’s
return.
The device must be returned in a protective antistatic bag and adequately packaged to ensure that the product is well
protected during transport.
In case you have bought the product from Distributor channel please contact them for the first
assistance .
Returning a device to Kaptur without adeguate packaging will result in the nullification of the product
warranty.
