HINT: Lining the bottom of the glass bowl with aluminium foil (leaving an inch
of rim) will catch drippings for easy cleaning. To let hot air circulate freely, use
the low rack. The fan forced motor cooks meat evenly and seals in the juices.
Place meat directly on to the low rack with the skin facing downwards. Half way
through the cooking time, turn the meat skin side up and continue to roast for
the remaining time. Refer to the following cooking table for suggested cooking
time and temperature recommendations.
