MELTING CHOCOLATE
1.

Place it in the base (9)
2.
Turn the control dial on front of Chocolate Fondue to the “II”
(MELT) setting.
3.
Allow chocolate to melt, approximately 18 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
4.
Once the chocolate is completely melted, turn the control dial to
the “I” (WARM) setting. If left on this position, the chocolate will
remain melted up to 12 hours, keep stirring occasionally.
5.
You are now ready to fill chocolate molds, dip fruits, other snacks,
making chocolate clusters or enjoy a chocolate fondue.

Once you are finished using the Chocolate Fondue, turn the
control dial to “0” (OFF) and unplug the appliance from the wall
outlet.
7.
If no other perishable ingredients have been added to the
chocolate, you may store the unused chocolate inside the
Chocolate Fondue, by placing the cover on the top and storing
in a cool, dry place until next use. Or then use the remaining
chocolate in the molds supplied (recommended), also in a clean,
dry and cool place.
