Adjustments at the SSG600-A DC
The operation of the control unit is real simple and made for the workshop
Adjustment value for transport (way of transport)
number of teeth which rests to sharpen
Adjustment value for way of grinding
increase value for 1
Save changes
call edit modus
decrease value for 1
For changing the values of transport and grinding please proceed as follows:
1. Call edit modus by pressing the edit button (The value for transport is flashing)
2. Increase or decrease values with b1 or –1. In case you do not want to change values go to item
3.
3. Confirm adjustments with “ok” ( adjustment value for grinding way flashes)
4. The adjustments for grinding way is same as described in item 2
5. Confirm by pressing „ok“ button
6. With button „>“(11 shift page display) for saw blade setup
Number of teeth to be sharpened (set value)
Number of teeth to be transported (set value for alternating teeth)
number of grinding repetitions (set value)
The adjustment of these values are to be made same as for transport- and grinding way.
1. Call the edit modus by pressing the edit button (Adjustment value for number of teeth to be sharpened
flashes)
2. Increase or decrease values with b1 or –1. In case you do not want to change values go to item

3. Confirm adjustments with „ok“ (adjustment value for alternating teeth flashes)
4. The adjustments for grinding way is same as described in item 2
5. Confirm adjustment with „ok“ (Adjustment value for grinding repetition flashes)
6. Make adjustments as described in item 2 or confirm with „ok“
7. With button „<“(11 shift page display) back to the start display
