update
Firmware updates can only be performed with the programmer 1460.

8.4.3.1 Firmware update after INI reset with DIP switches 5 and 6
IMPORTANT
Neither the power supply nor the connection to the programming interface may be interrupted during
a firmware update

1. Switch off the power supply at the remote reader
- The access point is blocked for the entire time

Set DIP switches 5 and 6 to ON
and connect the power supply
(in the case of an uninterrupted power supply, changing the status of
DIP switches 5 and 6 has no effect)
Information:
The reader restarts every 10 s and the signaling begins
again.

3. Connect programmer to control unit
4. Select the firmware in the programmer and download
5. Once the firmware download has finished, this will be displayed in the
programmer
6. Switch off the power supply at the remote reader,

reconnect the power supply at the remote reader
7. Remote reader is in operation again
