Turn over the main tray assembly and pass the card
wire extending from the photo sensor board through
the notch

, in advance (Fig.8).
From above the loading base assembly, turn the
load base counterclockwise until the slide gear stops
at the back end (Bring down the traverse mechanism
assembly).
Reattach the main tray assembly to the loading base
assembly while fitting to the groove on the right and
left sides of the loading base assembly.
Connect the card wire through the notch

to
connector CN841 on the relay board 1.
Reattach the main tray assembly while fitting the slot
c
to the shaft.

Prior to performing the following procedure, remove
the top cover, the front panel assembly and the main
tray assembly.
Disconnect the wire from connector CN808, CN809
and the card wire from CN210 on the servo control
board respectively.
Remove the seven screws
