Set the left limit position

Use the [PAN/TILT] lever (left/right) to determine the left
limit position.

The configured limit positions are stored and the camera
returns to the [CAMERA FUNCTION2] screen.

Tilt, zoom and focus operations are available when this
menu is displayed.
●
When manual pan limit is already set and this menu is
activated, the camera will move to the configured left limit
position.
●
[SET] is invalid during panning. Press the [SET] button
after panning has stopped.

Basic Operation of Manual Pan Limit
●
When manual pan limit is set, panning is only available in
the effective area.
●
This operation has priority over manual pan limit. When
the camera is moved to a prohibited area and manual
panning is performed, it operates in the following manner.
●
Panning can be operated freely even in the prohibited
area before the camera enters the effective area.
●
Once the camera enters the effective area, the manual
pan limit settings take over and pan operation can only
be performed in the effective area.

Operations that have priority over manual pan
limit
The following operations are available regardless of the
prohibited areas set in manual pan limit.

Auto Pan
●
Auto Trace
●
Move Preset Position
●
Flip
●
Motion Detect (Tracking) Operation

Settings that have priority over manual pan limit
The following menu settings come together with pan
operation but they can be set regardless of the prohibited
areas even when manual pan limit has been configured.
●
Private Mask Setting
●
Auto Pan setting
●
Area Display Mode (Title) setting
●
Area Display Mode (Direction) setting

When setting Auto Trace and Preset Position and the
manual pan limit setting is
, panning is unavailable in
the prohibited area.
●
However, as Auto Trace and Move Preset Position have
priority over manual pan limit, set Auto Trace and Preset
Position before setting manual pan limit. This will allow
both functions to operate in the prohibited area even when
manual pan limit is set.
