All specialty coffees, specialty coffees with milk and hot
water can be prepared without having to wait.

Before milk preparation, the machine heats up.
U
‘Active’ (Energy saving of up to 40%)
U
Soon after the last preparation, the IMPRESSA stops heating
up. As soon as the energy-saving temperature is reached,
this is indicated in the display by the message
‘Save
energy’ – this may take several minutes.
U
The machine heats up before coffee, hot water or milk prep-
aration.
Example:
Proceed as follows to change the energy-saving mode
from ‘Inactive’ to ‘Active’ .
Precondition: ‘Please select product:’ is displayed.
