4 Permanent settings in programming mode
Precondition:
The start screen is displayed.
T Touch ‘ P ’ .
‘Maintenance status’
T Turn the Rotary Switch until ‘Machine settings’ is displayed.
T Press the Rotary Switch.
‘Machine settings’
T Press the Rotary Switch.
‘Switch off after’
T Move your finger across the display until ‘Factory setting’ is
displayed in the center.
T Touch ‘Factory setting’ .
‘Factory setting’ / ‘Reset the machine to the factory
settings?’
T Touch ‘Yes’ .
‘Saved’ appears briefly on the display.
Your GIGA is switched off.
In the program item ‘Information’ you can view the following
information:
U
‘Product counter’ : Number of prepared specialty coffees and
hot water
U
‘Day counter’ : Number of prepared specialty coffees and hot
water. This counter can be reset to zero.
U
‘Maintenance counter’ : Number of maintenance programs
performed (cleaning, descaling etc.)
Example: Proceed as follows to view the number of specialty
coffees prepared.

T Touch ‘ P ’ .
‘Maintenance status’
T Turn the Rotary Switch until ‘Information’ is displayed.
T Press the Rotary Switch.
‘Product counter’
T Touch ‘1/2’ or turn the Rotary Switch to view the number of
other products.
T Touch ‘Back’ the number of times needed to display the start
screen again.
