Resolved Known Problems
The following problems were reported open in Release 10.3.0 and have been
resolved in this release. For more information about particular resolved problems,

The E Series router erroneously accepts two subscribers with the same IP

BFD
bfdSessPerfSessUpCount MIB counts both Up and Down states [Defect ID
89783]
bfdSessUpTime MIB is displaying the value in Time Ticks of the ticks elapsed
since the last time the bfd session came up. bfdPerfLastSessDownTime MIB is
displaying the difference value in Time Ticks between the last bfdSession Up
time and the last bfdSession Down time. Both these values are inccorect as per
