Troubleshooting
This chapter is designed to help the user identify and correct basic faults or the results
of incorrect operation. To locate a fault, proceed in the order shown in the table.

If the fault is not rectified by the above remedies, please call the manufacturer’s
service department, as further troubleshooting can only be performed by specially
trained and qualified service personnel.

– Check fuses F1, F15 and 6F1
– Truck in charge mode – Interrupt charging
Load cannot
be lifted
– Charging capacity
below 20 / 40 %
– Charging the battery
– Truck not operational – Follow the steps listed under “Truck does
not start”
– Hydraulic oil too low
– Check the hydraulic oil level
