3.1 Nameplate
Position
Nameplate (A) is laser-etched into the side of the housing. An example is shown below.

It contains important information. This includes:
Device type (type)
Compare the specifications on the nameplate with the order.
Part no. (TN)
The part no. uniquely identifies an article in the catalog. It is important for communication between the
customer and the sales department.
Fabrication number (F.-Nr.)
The fabrication number includes the production date (year/week).
Example: F.-Nr. = 00700338012

The characters in question are digits 12, 13, 14, and 15 (from the left).
The device was therefore produced in the 10th week of 2018.
