Binding the
network-
variables After the analog inputs have been successfully configured, the software inputs
and outputs are selected. To do this, it is necessary to change to the “bin-
dings” level.
Afterwards all available inputs/outputs are made visible on the screen using
the buttons
(analog input) and (LOGOSCREEN).
The bindings between input and output are made with the mouse (keep left
mouse button pressed down). The binding can be identified by a name which
can be selected.

There are bindings that are not permitted (prohibition sign ap-
pears). It comes up, for instance, when an attempt is made to link
analog network variables to logic ones.
