4  Electrical connection

Asymmetrical connection of a combination electrode with integrated 
temperature sensor (SMEK)

✱

Lead the connecting cables in through the cable glands.

✱

Lay the signal cable as shown in the diagram. Use the cable clip (3) to 
clamp the signal cable to the shielding.

✱

Connect the cores as assigned below, and see Chapter 4.5 “Terminal 
assignments”, page 19.

✱

Push the plug-in terminals for row 1 (1) and row 2 (2) into the sockets in the 
instrument.
