SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before use!
The cooler/heater box must not be exposed to damp or wet conditions.
Take care to avoid knocks.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not overfill the cooler/heater box. The lid should be easy to close. Keep the lid closed when the
cooler/heater box is running. Open and close the lid quickly to minimise the loss of cold/heat.
Do not use the cooler/heater box if the car’s electric system is weak or damaged.
The
cooler/heater box must not be connected to the car’s electrical system if the engine is turned
off. If the engine is turned off, this can lead to the battery being discharged.
The cooler/heater box must not be used in confined or poorly ventilated areas.
The cooler/heater box must not be connected to the 12V outlet when starting the car. If it is, it may
be damaged by the starting voltage when the engine is started.
If the cooler/heater box does not start, check that it is receiving current from the 12V outlet. Check
that the 12V outlet is clean and that the fuse in the 12V contact is intact.
Only use the cooler/heater box with the power cord supplied on delivery.
The cooler/heater box must not be used with any voltage source other than the intended source.
The cooler/heater box is not designed to be built in.

OPERATION
Cooler box
It takes approx. 30 minutes for the box to achieve maximum cooling effect, i.e. 20
C below the ambient
temperature or a minimum of 3
C. We recommend that items to be stored in the cooler box are cold
before being placed in the box. This is to ensure that the box achieves maximum cooling effect as rapidly
as possible. The cooler box is in operation as long as it is connected to voltage. It retains the cold for a
short while after being disconnected from the 12V outlet. Take the normal precautions with regard to food
and drink that have been stored in the cooler box. Do not eat or drink perishables that have been stored
at the wrong temperature. The cooler box is not designed for storing drinks in open containers. Do not
place ice or cold packs in the cooler box.
Heater box
It takes approximately 30 minutes for the box to achieve maximum heating effect, i.e. max. 69
C. Items
being stored in the heater box must be hot before being placed in the box. The heating box is in operation
as long as it is connected to voltage. It retains the heat for a short while after being disconnected from the
12V outlet. The built-in thermostat ensures the box does not overheat. The heater box is not intended for
heating up chilled food or drinks. It is designed to retain the heat of products that have already been
heated. Take the normal precautions with regard to food and drink that have been stored in the heater
box. Do not eat or drink perishables that have been stored at the wrong temperature. The heater box is
not designed for storing drinks in open containers.
NOTE!
Do not switch immediately between cooling/heating mode. The cooler/heater box must be switched off for
30 minutes before switching between cooling/heating modes.
