SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
Always follow basic safety precautions to safeguard against the risk of personal injury and/or damage to
property. Save these instructions for future reference.
When sprayed, some materials give off toxic fumes, which can be harmful. Always wear safety
glasses, gloves, respiratory protection, etc., to prevent the risk of personal injury caused by
inhalation of toxic fumes or solvents/paint in contact with the skin or eyes.
Never use oxygen, combustible gases or any other bottled gas to power the tool. This can cause
serious injuries.
Paint and solvents can be highly inflammable. Only use in a well-ventilated paint spraying booth.
Avoid ignition sources (lighted cigarettes, naked flames, electrical sparks, etc.).
Disconnect the air hose from the tool before performing maintenance and when the tool is not in
use, to prevent it from being started accidentally. We recommend installing a shut-off valve on the
compressed air line, close to the spray gun.
This tool is designed to operate on clean, dry, compressed air at regulated pressures between 2.5
–
3.5 bar. Never exceed the highest permitted operating pressure (6 bar).
Only use parts, nozzles and accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer.
Check that all screws and covers are fitted correctly and do not leak before using the tool.
Check daily that the trigger and nozzle move freely.
Do not use solvents that contain halogenated hydrocarbons (1, 1, 1-trichloroethane, ethylene
chloride, etc.) that can react chemically with elements of aluminium or zinc and cause an explosion.
Never modify the product in any way.
