Carry out the following steps of procedure after the
power switch has been turned OFF.
23. HEIGHT OF THE FEED DOG
1) The feed dog is factory-adjusted so that it juts out from the gauge
surface 0.8 to 0.9 mm.
2) To adjust the height of the feed dog :

Loosen screw

Move the feed bracket up or down to make adjustment.

Securely tighten screw

(Caution)
If the clamping pressure is insuf

cient, the forked
portion will wear out.
23. HÖHE DES TRANSPORTEURS
1) Der Transporteur ist vom Werk so eingestellt, daß er von der Stich-
platte 0,8 mm bis 0,9 mm vorsteht.
2) Einstellen der Höhe des Transporteurs :

Zum Einstellen dir Transportstange auf-oder oder abbewegen.

fest anziehen.
(Achtung)
Unzureichender Klemmdruck verursacht vorzeitigen
Verschleiß des Gabelteils.
23. HAUTEUR DE LA GRIFFE D’ENTRAINEMENT
1) La griffe d’entraînement a été réglée en usine de manière à dé-
passer de 0,8 mm à 0,9 mm au-dessus du margeur.
2) Pour ajuster la hauteur de la griffe d’entraînement :

Desserrer la vis

Relever ou baisser la barre d’entraînement pour réaliser le réglage.

Serrer fermement la vis

(Attention)
Si la pression de serrage est insuf

sante, la partie
fourchue serait usée.
