19. 送り歯の傾斜 /
TILT OF THE FEED TIMING
/
送布牙的傾斜
WARNING :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work
so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt
start of the sewing machine.

1） 標準の傾き（水平）は、送り台軸の刻点

（DDL-5600NJ-7 は

部に対して 90°水平
送り軸側に向いているのが標準です。）
2） パッカリング防止のため、傾斜を前上がりにす
るには、止めねじをゆるめ、送り台軸にドライ
バーを差し込み、矢印方向に 90 °回します。
3） いさり（布ずれ）を少なくするため、傾斜を前
下がりにするには、反矢印方向に 90 °回しま
す。（J タイプ標準位置です。）
（注意） 送り歯の傾斜の調節をすると、送り歯の高さ
が変化しますので再確認してください。

(For DDL-5600J-7, -5600NJ-7, the feed eccentric
cam inclines toward the feed rocker shaft by 90
˚ , as
standard, in terms of section B.)
2) To tilt the feed dog with its front up in order to prevent
puckering, loosen the setscrew, and turn the feed bar
shaft 90 degrees in the direction of the arrow, using a
screwdriver.
3) To tilt the feed dog with its front down in order to
prevent uneven material feed, turn the feed bar shaft
90 degrees in the opposite direction from the arrow.
(This is the standard position for J type)
(Precaution)
Whenever the feed dog tilt is adjusted, the feed
dog height will be changed. So, it is necessary to
check the feed dog height after tilt adjustment.

2） 為了防止縫製皺摺，向前抬起送布牙時，請擰鬆固
定螺絲，把螺絲刀插入送布台軸，然後沿箭頭方向
轉 90 度。
3） 為了減少布的偏斜，向前下降送布牙時，請沿與箭
頭方向相反方向轉 90 度。 （這是Ｊ型機的標準位置。 ）
（注意） 調節了送布牙之後，送布齒的高度會有變化，
請再次確認。
為 了 防 止 意 外 的 起 動 造 成 的 事 故，
請關掉電源後進行。

送布相位的調節
1） 調節は送り偏心カム

るめ、送り偏心カムを矢印または反矢印方向に
移動させ、止めねじを固く締めます。
2） 標準の場合は、送り歯が針板より沈む時、送り
歯上面と針穴上端が針板上面に一致する位置に
合わせます。
3） いさり（布ずれ）防止のために送り位相を早め
るには、送り偏心カムを矢印の方向に移動させ
ます。
4） 糸締まりを良くするために送り位相を遅らせる
には、送り偏心カムを反矢印方向に移動させま
す。
（注意） 移動しすぎると、針折れの原因となります。
