sound on or off.

phens for a telephone number.

Used to select a channel or enter numbers.

Displays the private channel menu.

Switches transmitting power between 25w
and 1w.

DW key :
Switches the channel between the currently
selected channel and CH16.
2.1 Main Unit

[PTT] key :
Enters the transmitting mode. Stops scan-
ning.

CH16
key :
Selects CH16. Switches the call mode from
DSC mode to telephone mode.

OPE
key :
Takes control (when more than one remote
controller is connected). Releases control if
pressed when in control.
When no other controller is connected,
pressing this key does nothing.

Handset :
Used as a normal telephone handset.
Hanging up the handset automatically
returns to the CH16 Status Display.
