Induction Heater JH400
Using the heater
To turn on the heater:
1
Connect the power supply to a wall
outlet .

Press the “On/Off” button . Once this
button is activated, one or more of the
yellow LEDs (light emitting diode) of the
power indicator is lighted up .

Set required power according to the
table below:

Inductor head
NOTE: JH400 heats all magnetic
materials . When heating
aluminium (being non-magnetic),
in connection with shrinking, the
inductor will repel from the work
piece . Then, the user must press
the inductor against the material .
WARNING! If not removing
paint or other chemicals before
heating, use a suction fan to
remove unhealthy fumes . Risk for
personal injury .
IMPORTANT! Do not place the
inductor head closer than 1-2
mm from the work piece and
avoid keeping it still over the
same area . Otherwise there is a
risk for overheating the work
piece and/or the field amplifier.
