Induction Heater JH400
The amount of use and the working
environment should be taken into
consideration when planning the frequency of
maintenance for the induction heater . Careful
use and preventive maintenance will help you
to ensure trouble-free operation . If there is
any kind of damage on the equipment, contact
JOSAM AB service personnel .
Regular checks
Every day before use
• Check that there is sufficient water and
cooling agent in the water tank . If needed
fill up the water tank.
• Check that there is no water leakage
between the inductor handle and the
inductor head .
• Check that the isolation is not damaged on
the inductor handle .
• Check that the inductor handle or inductor
head is not bent or in any other way
damaged .
• Check that the mains cable is not
damaged .
Monthly inspection
Check that the coarse filter by the water tank is
not blocked up with dirt . Clean if necessary .
Yearly inspection
Check all water hoses from the pump to
the connections to the electronics, to make
sure that the hoses are not aged or cracked .
