This section summarises the most common problems that may arise when using the unit. Before
contacting customer services, carry out the checks listed below.
8 - OPERATIONAL CHECK AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Unplug the device from the mains and contact qualified staff for assistance even in the event of
one or several of the cases below:
• The power cable is damaged or worn.
• The plug is damaged or worn.
• Water or liquid has been poured onto the device.
• In the event that there is a malfunction despite all the installation procedures have been carried
out properly.
