Fitting the Upper Chimney
• Exp and the sides o f the u pp er chimne y stack item 2.1 and
p lace the chimne y o v er the t w o brackets 7.2.1 ensurin g
the y are w ell seated .
• S ecure the chimne y stack to the brackets 7.2.1 usin g
the f our sel f ta pp in g scre w s item 12 c (2. 9 x 9 .5 mm )
su pp lied .
Fitting the Lower Chimney
• Exp and the o f the lo w er chimne y stack item 2.2 and p lace
the chimne y o v er the u pp er chimne y stack item 2.1 and
the cano py.
• S ecure the chimne y stack to the cano py usin g the t w o
scre w s item 12 c (2. 9 x 9 .5 mm ) su pp lied ..
• Af ter the chimne y has been secured into p osition , insert
the t w o p lastic recirculation g rilles item 8 a ( ri g ht-hand )
and 8 b ( le f t-hand ) in the a p ertures on each side o f the
chimne y. T he g rilles are marked w ith t w o arro w s and
should be f itted w ith one arro w p ointin g u pw ards and
the other to w ard the f ront .
• W hen the hood is used in the recirculation mode ensure
that the g rilles are p ro p erl y secured to the recirculation
e x tension s p i g ot item 1 4 .1.
