Replace the seals on the piston. DO NOT
attempt to salvage cylinder seals, sealing rings
or o-rings. ALWAYS use a new, complete seal kit
when rebuilding hydraulic components. Consult
the parts manual for ordering information.

Install the piston on to the end of the cylinder
rod. Loctite® 270TM.
NOTE:
If a white powdery residue is present on threads and
parts, it can be removed. Clean the residue away
with a soft brass wire brush prior to reassembly, and
wipe clean before reinstallation.
Refer to “Hydraulic Cylinder Torque Specifica-
tions” for tightening guidelines for the piston.
Bushes Replacement
1.
Carefully grind the bush with a milling cutter for
plastic.
2.
After that the bushing has been removed
inspect the internal surface.
3.
Replace the bush with a new one and put it
inside with a press.
