washers
Drain Connections
Connect the drain line with an appropriate connector. See the
assembly drawings for connector type and size.
Expert Advice—
Depending upon the contaminants you are removing
with the belt washer, wash and rinse water disposal may require treatment
to meet national, state, and local environmental regulations. Before
connecting the belt washer to a drain, ensure the drain is appropriate for the
contaminants in the rinse and wash water.
Water Supply Connections
Connect your process water line to the fitting at the top of the
cleaning machine. See the assembly drawings for connector type
and size.
Warning—
If you use a potable water line to supply water to the belt
washer system, rinse and wash water could siphon back into plant’s potable
water system, causing bodily injury through ingestion of contaminated
water. To prevent bodily injury through ingestion of contaminated water,
connect the system to a process water line.
See the electrical schematic
supplied on the system’s CD
ROM for correct termination
of wires on main disconnect.
