during a quick visual walk-around followed by a brief functional test drive, following the instructions on reverse side of this
sheet. Place a check mark in the appropriate SERVICEABLE (SVBLE) or WITHDRAWAL priority box.

Tag the vehicle and route for immediate repair.
PRIORITY 2 (P2)
Tag the vehicle & route for repair within 24 hrs. or as soon as practicable.
