•  It is a lifting device only. After the lifting, support the vehicle with axle stands immediately.

•  Failure to heed these instructions may result in personal injury and/or property damage.

•

Lift only on areas of the vehicle which are specified by the manufacturer.

•  It is not necessary to make any alteration to this product.

•

The accessories and / or adapters should be used only supplied by the manufacturer.

BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT:

It is possible of causing malfunction by trapping air into the hydraulic system of the jack during

shipping or maneuvered.

To release air from the hydraulic system:

•

Make the handle of the release valve by turning clockwise, only two turns.

•

Remove the oil filler cap.

•  Pump the jack’s handle quickly several times.

•

Repeat steps if it is necessary. Remember to install the oil filler cap.

USER’S INSTRUCTIONS

To rise:

•

Put the vehicle in park (or in the speed of manual transmission) and apply the emergency brake.

•  Close tightly the release valve with right turns.

•

Center the jack under the load so that the mount firmly grip the load and not slip (refer to your

vehicle owner’s manual to find out the resulting contact points).

•

Pump the handle up and down until the saddle contacts the load. Secure contact centered before

proceeding. Otherwise, refocus and follow.

•  Lift the jack to the desired height and place axle stands in the indicated position. Slowly transfer

the load to the axle stands and remove the jack.

•

The fast pump system allows the jack to be raised to maximum height by pumping the lever fully

3 times when it is free of load. Under load, the jack will reach its maximum height after pumping

the lever 8-9 times.

•  Reverse this procedure to remove the axle stands.

Important:

Never move the jack standing on the level of operation or within the sleeve valve,

it can damage the unit.

To lower:

•

Open the release valve very slowly by left turns with the valve open. The mount can be easily

lowered by hand or foot.

MAINTENANCE OF JACKS

Important

: When adding or replacing oil, always use good quality oil for hydraulic jacks. Avoid

mixing different types of oil. Do not use brake fluid, alcohol, glycerin, detergent motor oil or contami

-

nated oil. Failure of oil’s using could seriously damage to the jacks’ internal.

Addiction

: load the piston and the jack down on flat ground, remove the filler cap. Add oil if the level

has been more than 12.7mm (1/2 “) below the gap.
