Removing the top of the injector (fig. 3)
• Remove the top of the injector using the appropriate sized vessel:
25mm o 29mm (fig. 3A).
Removing the inner cover (fig. 3)
• Using the Allen wrench, remove the inside of the injector. Insert
the Allen wrench into the inside cover. Using a 21 mm vessel, turn
the key counterclockwise to remove the inside cover (fig. 3B). You
may need to use your hands to remove some parts of the injector.
Extraction of injector (fig. 3 y 4)
• Select the appropriate spindle and screw it into the injector (fig.
3C).
• Place the base on the motor, passing the spindle through the base
hole (fig. 4D). One of the pillars is flat base, and should not be
inserted in any of the openings, but it should be placed on the
upper part of the cylinder.
• Screw the nut onto the spindle until it is properly adjusted.
• Hold the main screw with a wrench of the appropriate size and
screw the nut with the help of a second wrench (fig. 4E).
• Slide the table structure down through the main screw, inserting
the pillars into the appropriate openings for a more stable support.
(fig. 4D).
NOTE: DO NOT apply superior force to 150Nm on the
nut or use impact vessel to do so.

• While you apply force, constantly check the tool and make sure
that the structure of the pillars is properly secured and that there
are no kinks.
• If you are unable to remove the injector, it may be necessary to
apply penetrating oil and wait a few minutes before reapplying
force. If after applying the oil you are still unable to remove the
injector, contact with the seller of the product or a diesel specia -
list. We recommend installing only new or properly reconditioned
injectors. Remember to always follow the installation and safety
instructions by the manufacturer for this process.
