INTRODUCTION
Injector puller kit for Citroën / Peugeot 2.0 / 2.2HDi 16v. It allows extracting fixed injectors without the removal
of the cylinder head. The table fits perfectly into the cylinder head, avoiding damaging the area surrounding the
injector.

Before starting, make sure the fuel system is not pressurized. In case it is pressurized, please consult the
manufacturer’s manual to depressurize the system correctly.

Disconnect the cables and connections of injectors according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Remove any traces of carbon or dirt accumulated in the injector.

To remove the injector, first remove the engine cover and possibly also the manifold screw. For this procedure
please consult and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Removing certain screws from the engine will allow
more space for the pillars of the table.
Place the three pillars in the base, as shown in figure 2, but without the extractor spindle.

• Enrosque la tuerca en el husillo hasta que esté correctamente
ajustada.
• Sujete el tornillo principal con una llave del tamaño adecuado
y enrosque la tuerca con la ayuda de una segunda llave. El in -
yector debería extraerse a medida que se enrosca la tuerca (fig.
4E).
• Deslice la estructura de la mesa hacia abajo a través del tornillo
principal, insertando los pilares en las aperturas apropiadas para
un apoyo más estable (fig. 4D).
• Mientras aplique fuerza, revise constantemente la herramienta y
asegúrese de que la estructura de los pilares está debidamente
sujeta y de que no se produzcan torceduras.
• Si no consigue extraer el inyector, puede que sea necesario apli -
car aceite penetrante y esperar unos minutos antes de volver
a aplicar fuerza. Si tras aplicar el aceite todavía no consigue
extraer el inyector, consulte con el vendedor del producto o con
un especialista en diésel. Se recomienda instalar sólo inyectores
nuevos o debidamente reparados. Recuerde seguir siempre las
instrucciones de instalación y de seguridad del fabricante para
este proceso.
