You can choose between the 2 line inputs connected
on the rear of the mixer. Both sources can be connected at the same time, just
select which one you want to select on channel 5.
14. Input selector channel4:
You can choose between a phono, micro and line
input, connected on the rear of the mixer. When you connect a micro phone to the
“micro4” input, switch the selector to “mic4”. The phono and line source can’t be
connected at the same time! When you connect a turntable, put the selector to
“phono2”. When you connect a source with line level output (like a CD-player),

17. Input connector DJ Micro:
The DJ micro can only be connected to the XLR
input on the front plate. This input is balanced but accepts any kind of microphone
equipped with an XLR connector. If your micro only has a jack connector, you can
use a special adapter such as the JB Systems “5-3381”.
18. Talkover switch:
Use this switch to mute the music channels (2 to 5) while you
are talking through the DJ microphone. You can choose to mute the music by
12dB or 18dB.
19. Channel faders:
Used to set the level of each channel separately.
20. Crossfader:
With this fader you can mix over between channels 3 and 4. The
crossfader only works when you move the faders (19) of both channels to the
desired level!
