WHAT SIZE WINGS AND TIPS ARE ON THE X3 OUT OF THE BOX?
Your X3s are fitted with the medium-sized ear fins and silicone tips out of the box. If these are
not a good fit for you, please try the large or small options.

WHY IS THERE A LEFT AND RIGHT MARKING ON THE EAR FINS?
The left and right markings on the ear fins are used to help you find your best fit. The orientation
of the ear fins is important for a correct and comfortable fit. The orientation also changes based
on whether you’re using a Sport/Active or a Casual fit. The left and right markings will help you
get it right.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY X3 BATTERY STATUS?
You can check your X3 battery status in a couple of ways.

When X3 are on and not playing music, pressing “” or “Volume -” will
announce the battery level. The LED will indicate a single green flash for more than 10%
battery remaining and a single red flash when below 10%.

Your X3, phone and the MySound App will also indicate battery status. Please be aware
the voice notification on the X3 will round the battery level to the closest 20% and the
MySound app will give the X3 battery level to within 1%.
