Level 1 :
Replacement parts requiring no special tools or training
Level 2 :
Replacement parts requiring a repair data package, special training
and tools. These parts are only accessible to end users having
successfully completed a level 2 training course.
 The UC structure limits level 1 interventions for the end user.
 The level 2 interventions are performed in a technical center approved by
JAY Electronique
