Events
By setting the
nominal voltage
and current in the
previous menu,
the event thresh-
olds will be set to
default values.
These default are
suitable for later
power quality analysis with the PAS 510 software.
Leave the defaults
unchanged if you
are not aware
about the conse-
quences.
Transients
By setting the
nominal voltage
and current, the
transient trigger
thresholds will be
set to default val-
ues. The defaults
are chosen to de-
liver a reasonable
set of data for later power quality analysis.
Do not change the
default values if
you are not aware
about the conse-
quences.
Peak U = Rated voltage x 1,414
Trms U = Rated voltage x 1,414
Peak I = Rated current x 1,414
Initial operation
By setting inappropriate thresholds, especially
transient, the data memory will be overwritten
in short time. Essential data for power quality
analysis will also be affected. Hence you
might end up with a lot of useless transient
data but no power quality analysis possible.
If you want to turn off one or more of the thresholds,
move the cursor to the percent sign and press key
(3) or (4).
