Initial operation
Recordings
After having set up the unit and checked the meas-
ured values, the data recordings can be started.
Start recordings
To start standard
recordings (suit-
able for later
power quality
analysis by the
PAS 510 software)
set "Standard re-
cordings" to "yes"
and confirm.
The standard re-
cordings will be
started and the se-
lection set back to
"no"
Active recordings
This line shows the number of active recordings.
You'll see 0 (zero) if none are running and non-zero
if one ore more recordings are running.
The number of ac-
tive recordings de-
pends on the used
grouping of meas-
ured values and
there's no way to
tell how many data
are recorded from
this information.
Stop recordings
To stop all current
recordings set
"Stop all record-
ings" to "yes" and
confirm with Enter.
The recordings are
stopped and the
selection set back
to "no".
Do not start recordings before having set up
the main and auxiliary input according to the
installation.
Use the PAS 510 software to set up other re-
cordings than standard recordings, transients
and events.
If the time is not set, the recordings won't start
running. Set the clock using a NTP server or
the PAS 510 software.
Data memory
The data memory is about 14.5MB in size. If the ca-
pacity of the memory is fully occupied, the oldest re-
corded data will be erased to achive space for new
data.
Memory usage (approx.):

4 Byte
Histogram data :
