7. To broil the other side of the food, open the oven
door and pull the oven rack toward you. Turn the
food and return the rack into the oven. Close the
door and continue broiling.
8. After cooking, turn the oven thermostat OFF. Pull
oven rack and remove the broiling pan.
9. To quickly cool the oven after use, turn the
BLOWER SWITCH ON and open the oven door.
When cooling has been completed, turn the
BLOWER SWITCH OFF and close the door.
10. When use of the oven is no longer needed, turn the
POWER SWITCH OFF.
