Exercise
extreme caution at all times.
If test points are not easily accessible, disconnect power, attach test equipment and
reapply power to test. When replacing electrical parts, disconnect power at source circuit breaker.
Possible Cause
Action
Drain solenoid clogged.
Remove obstruction.
Defective OFF/DRAIN switch.
Replace.
Defective motor or motor start relay.
Replace.
Defective drain solenoid.
Replace.
Defective timer.
Replace timer.
Water turned off.
Turn water on.
1/4" test cock ball valve is closed.
Open the ball valve.
Symptom
No indication of pressure.
Machine doesn't drain when "OFF/DRAIN"
switch is depressed.
