3.5.2 Link Internal Ultra & Ultra Wide SCSI devices
The SCSI devices a re ca bled together in a single, connected series. This
SCSI ca ble must run sequentia lly from one device to the next, with no
bra nches.

Note
: The 50 pin SCSI is a n 8 bit SCSI bus, the 68 pin SCSI is a 16 bit SCSI bus
which ha s a pin-to- pin connected to the 50 pins SCSI connector.
Note: The SCSI terminator must be on for the both side. The beginer and
end must set the terminator on - otherwise the SCSI bus will not operate
properly. The JP23 is a SCSI Terminator Auto Detection Select. Keep this
jumper cap always on this jumper pin, unless the onboard SCSI connector
was connected on the between SCSI cable ( not on the beginer or end).
3.5.3 Link Internal & External SCSI devices
The concept of linking the interna l a nd externa l SCSI devices is still the
sa me--- ca bled together in a single, connected series. This SCSI ca ble
must run sequentia lly from one device to the next, with no bra nches. The
ma nufacture provides two kinds of option --- Fa st SCSI a nd Wide SCSI
externa l expa nsion kit for user’s multiple choices.
