Battery/ Accumulator test
1. Turn the device on with sliding switch

Note:
Switch the device off after having performed the test to save the 9 volt power supply!
2. Set the sliding switch

to 9V for 9V compound batteries or accumulators, apart from that always to 1.5V.
3. Insert the battery/accumulator cell to be tested into the respective mount. Pay attention to good contact and correct
polarity of the cell.

Continuity check

NOTE:

Check the light, fuse or similar to be tested using the appropriate test contacts or with the separate testing wire.
3.
If the light or fuse is intact there will be an acoustic signal and the green LED

lights.
4. Note:
It is not necessary to observe any polarity. Disconnect the testing wire immediately after use.
Light function test
1.
The mains cable must be connected with a common domestic mains socket.

device is connected properly.
Caution:
Never reach into the light sockets. Do not insert metal/foreign objects into the light socket.

Screw the lamp to be tested into the appropriate light socket.
3.
Press button

with one hand. Use the other hand to press the appropriate button of the lamp to be tested.
4.
The lamp lights if it is intact.
