5.4 HOW TO USE CLEANING/SANITIZING SOLUTION
Prepare a solution of water and sanitizing detergent following the instructions shown on the
label of the product being utilized.
Washing/sanitizing by soaking
- Remove larger residues by hand
- Remove finer residues with a jet of water
- Immerse the parts to be cleaned into the solution
- Let the solution react for the time indicated on the label of the product being utilized
- Rinse the parts with care, using plenty of clean drinking water

PRELIMINARY CLEANING
With machine off and
STOP
led on, make sure that the mix dispensing spigot is closed; pour
water into the hopper, according to the quantity necessary for cleaning the machine, by pressing
the "
shower
" push-button and using the wash nozzle on the machine front side.
Press the "
Beating
" button, select “Beating", and leave it in that position a few minutes
Press
Stop
.
Drain all water from the hopper through the mix dispensing spigot.
Then remove the machine components.

SPIGOT PISTON REMOVAL
Remove the shut-off valve by rotating the knob (pos. 450) counter-clockwise by keeping the
nipple pressed (pos. 924).
Then remove all other pieces of the shut-off valve.
Clean all the removed parts with detergent/sanitizing solution, using the suitable brush supplied,
then rinse.
Refit all the parts.
