8.2.6.2 Optic cooling circuit

Action:
This alarm will stop chiller operation. Please see item 8.2.6.1 and check points given in
the table step by step.
Reset of the alarm:
After solving the problem, you can reset the alarm by pushing the reset button in
LaserNet. The red light will be switched off.
8.2.6.3 Laser cooling circuit
– Error pressure sensor
