Session Status Indicators
The
IO Configuration Utility
displays several items of information about each printer session. The
column entitled “Status” shows the current status of each session.
The Status column will report the following:
Attention
– There is a condition that requires attention.
Busy
– The session is currently printing a job.
Idle
– There is no printing activity.
Stopped
– The session is stopped. No printing can occur.
When an Attention indicator is shown in the Status column, select the session and click on the Status
bar to display the error condition.
The Session Error Message box will display information about the error condition. Refer to the
Configuration Utility
Help document
for detailed information about the error. Click on Help and select
Utility Help. Expand the List of Devices and select Session Errors.
