Is the drive output loop grounded or

short circuited?

Is the motor power cable short

circuited or shorted to the ground or

thermocouple?

Remove the wiring fault.

Yes

Remove the wiring fault or

replace the motor.

Is the braking resistor output short

circuited or shorted to the housing?

Remove the wiring fault or

replace the braking

resistor.

Is the drive model displayed on the

HMI same as that on the nameplate?

Set the drive again.
