enter short-circuit braking.
During stop, if the running frequency of the
inverter unit is lower than the starting frequency
of brake for stop (P01.09), set P01.31 to a
non-zero value to enter short-circuit braking for
stop, and then carry out DC braking in the time
set by P01.12. (See descriptions for P01.09
