Gel

™

 EX and NGS cassettes with a gel knife

1.

Place the cassette on a flat surface, with the wells facing upward.

2.

Insert

 the sharp edge of the gel knife into the groove around the edge of the cassette edge, then

lever the knife up and down to crack the seal.

3.

Unseal

 the plate by working around the perimeter of the entire cassette and cracking the seal for

every edge.
