Warranty and service
Warranty
noTe
Outside Germany national warranty regulations of the country in which the system is operated
apply. Please ask the retailer in your country.
The ZR10-D controller is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Any claim to warranty will
void in the following cases:
•
In the event of any damage caused by any incorrect or inappropriate use or handling or any
failure to observe the installation and operating instructions.
•
When using any complementary part or accessory not approved by the system's manufacturer.
• When the ZR10-D controller is altered or modiied in any way.
•
Use of spare parts that are not original parts from the manufacturer of the ZR10-D controller.
•
Damage caused by the impact of force majeure or environmental factors.
•
Damage attributable to chemical and/or electrochemical effects of liquids and gases.

Upon receipt, check the delivery for completeness and for any damage in transit against the delivery
note. Report missing items within four weeks.
