9. Gather the DC Power cable from the EZ0429 PSU Plate Assembly and both EK0129 Red and
EK0131 Yellow patch cables, and place them in the bottom of the pump cabinet near the side you
are installing, ready for connection.
To avoid damaging the RFK panels in the following steps where screws are being
placed into the brass bushes, it is very important to start each screw by hand,
ensuring you use the existing thread.
DO NOT USE any type of powered tool to start the screws.
10. Take the (MZ0076) Display RFK Panel. Feed its cables through the largest opening in the pump
door from the outside, then carefully place the Display RFK panel into the opening. To ensure the
panel is the correct way up, observe that the four keys on either side of the display are not
vertically symmetric. Install the panel so the four keys are towards the bottom of the pump.
Make sure no cables are pinched when seating the Display RFK Panel.
11. Carefully start eight MS0148 M3x10 screws by hand into the bushes on the inside of the Display
RFK Panel.
